Mrs. Julia Garza Resident of Lubbock

Mrs. Julia P. Garza 56, of Lubbock passed away on Wednesday October 21, 2020. Julia was born on July 4, 1964 to the late Ramon Pena and Consuelo Guerrero-Pena. Julia was full of laughter, love, and made no strangers. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching sports, especially her Dallas Cowboy’s. She is preceded in death by her parents and younger brother Joe Micheal Pena. She leaves to cherish her fondest memories, her husband of 36 year’s Amador Garza, two sons; David and Esteban Garza, 2 sisters; Florinda “Flo” Pena and Joann Pena, 2 brothers; Ramon Pena and Silverio Pena and a host other relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends. Julia will be missed by all who knew her but will remain an everlasting memory.  Visitation will be held Monday October 26, 2020 5-8 p.m. at Grace Funeral and Cremation Care Inc. 1211 Lubbock Road in Brownfield. A celebration of her life will be Tuesday October 27, 2020 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Grace with Pastor Joshua Lucio officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Brownfield Cemetery. Julia helped make our summers a joy. Her smiles, hugs, and love have remained in my memory all these years. She will be missed, but she will stay alive in our hearts.It is with tears that I say good-bye.
