Agapito "Pete" Moralez

Pete Moralez, 48, of Lubbock, Texas passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023. 

He was born to Camillo and Martina Moralez June 14, 1975 in Jourdanton, Texas. 

Pete loved working, playing instruments, BBQ (especially steak), but most of all he loved his daughters unconditionally. Pete started working for B&S and loved this job, even being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer he showed up. He loved building these beautiful cabinets and all of the detail that went into it. In his spare time, he enjoyed hanging out with his best friends whether that was them going out to eat or them visiting him at home. Family meant everything to him, and he fought long and hard to be with them to the very end. Something that made Pete, Pete, he never let anyone struggle even if he was. If he had a dollar left, he would give it away. The thing about this is, he would always find a way to make it work. We cherish this greatly in our hearts, he always found a way.

Left to cherish his memory include his sisters, Susi and Catherine Moralez. His daughters, Alyssa Moralez; Amarie Moralez; Ava Moralez And to continue his lineage, his soon to be grandson.

Preceded in death by: Camilo Moralez and Martina Moralez.

A funeral service will be held 10:00am, Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Grace Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park. 

The family would like to personally thank Cody Barrett for his generosity and kindness, along with the loving friendship he shared with Pete throughout the years.
