Mr. Arthur Joe Cobb Resident of Plains

Arthur Joe Cobb joined his bride, Sandra, in Heaven on August 19, 2021. Joe was born on July 1, 1939, to Louise Mobley and Paul Cobb in Brownfield, Tx. He was married for 62 years to Sandra Huckaby. They lived in Sunray, Tx, for 25 years before moving to Plains, Tx, in 1995. Joe leaves behind one son, Michel Cobb (Loya) and two daughters, Treon Cobb Minall and Jackie Cobb Nichols (Chad). He also leaves behind one twin brother, Jack Cobb (Janelle). His joy was five grandchildren, Colby Ortega, Chase Ortega (Lindsey), Kaitlyn Nichols Armendarez (Donavan), Reagan Nichols, and Skye Cobb. Joe was a Christian affiliated with First Baptist Church of Plains. How he loved to fly! Joe was a civilian instructor for the US Air Force and owned his own aerial application business. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. A memorial service for Joe will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021, 2pm, at First Baptist Church in Plains. Donations may be made to Home Hospice of Andrews in lieu of flowers.
