Mr. Israel S. Guel Resident of Lubbock

Israel S. Guel 61, of Lubbock passed away Sunday February 13, 2022 in Lubbock. A visitation will be held Friday February 25, 2022 5-8 p.m. at Grace Funeral Care Chapel - 6604 Interstate 27 in Lubbock. A service celebrating his life will be held Saturday February 26, 2022 10 a.m. at the Hispana Baptist Church located at 111 E. 82nd Street with Pastor Joe Lopez, officiating. Israel was born on November 15, 1961, to Roque Flores Guel & Martina Salinas Guel in Abernathy, Texas.  He is preceded in death by his Father, Roque Guel & Brother, Roger Guel. He is survived by his two sons Israel and Isaac Guel, Mother, Martina Guel, two brothers Jesse and Danny Guel, two sisters Martina Morales and Rachel Anthony. Israel was a mechanic by trade, he loved to race cars, build engines, and play pool. Later in life he met his four-legged best friend, Hyena-they were inseparable…..
