Ramiro was born February 11, 1983 to Ramiro Reyes Sr. and Sulema Pena in Lubbock, Texas. Ramiro Jr. was a friend of many in the Lubbock community. A comedian in his own right, he loved life and enjoyed making others laugh and had an infectious smile. Ramiro was not only a “Jokester”, but he loved a game of pool anytime and was good at it. A frequent at many local area social clubs and bars, he met no strangers. He could be found telling jokes, having a cold beer, and enjoying friends at places such as RedZone, CCs, Koko Club, and Copper on Ave Q. He simply never missed an opportunity to mingle.
Though a city boy he was truly a “country boy” at heart, who loved guns of all types. Though gone from us here on earth he will forever be with us in spirit and in memory.
Ramiro leaves to cherish his fondest memories, his children whom he loved dearly, sons; Ivan Reyes and Ricardo Reyes, daughters; Isabella Reyes and Reign Royalty Reyes, mother; Sulema Pena, sisters; Ruby Guerra (C.R.), Miryea Reyes, brothers; Eli Vega and J.R. Pena and a host of numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Ramiro Reyes Sr., and grandparents, Luis Reyes Sr, Eudelia Reyes, David Pena, and Olga Pena.
