Mr. Terrell “Poppy” Woodham of Shallowater

Mr. Terrell “Poppy” Woodham of Shallowater, TX, and formerly of Polk County, FL, went home to be with the Lord on 5/3/23 at the age of 78.
 
He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Cynthia “Cindy” Woodham of Shallowater, TX, and formerly of Polk County, FL. He is also survived by his children, Jenny Lane of Leesburg, FL, Kerri Owens “Spouse to Nathan Owens” of Winter Haven, FL, and Niki Flowers “Spouse to John Flowers” of Shallowater, TX, his sister Cheryl Day of Auburndale, FL, and his brother Edward K. Woodham of Blairsville, GA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Riley Later, Joshua Lane, Jacob Lane, Emma Flowers, Bethany Lane, and Sydney Flowers. And his little sugar booger Gracie. 

Terrell was born on 08/29/1944 in Lakeland, FL to Keith and Margaret Woodham. He proudly served with the 8 th  Infantry Division in the United States Army and married his soulmate Cindy Woodham on May 19 th  1972. Mr. Woodham was the best husband and father that anyone could have hoped for. He was gentle, loving, and a protector of his family. He loved the Lord and never met a stranger, loved apple pie, and excessively used the word “Shazam”.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
