Our Daddy and Grandad, C.R 'Dick' Willey passed from this life early in the morning on June 9th, 2020, in Brownfield, Texas. He was born July 13 1930, in Tulsa Oklahoma to Ruth and Roscoe Willey. He married the love of his life, Janette Higgins, in Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 28 1950. Dick and Janette loved nature and they traveled often to bird watch and enjoy the beauty of creation. Their favorite spot was Llano River State Park near Junction.  One of his proudest accomplishments was his work with SPARC (South Plains AIDS Resource Center) in the 90s, he was in charge of the food pantry as well as many other aspects of the center.  We will miss his humor, his stories, his singing, his kindness and compassion for others and his love for his family.
