Mrs. Sandra L. Gonzales Resident of Lubbock

Sandra Lynn Gonzales, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother was called home by our lord and savior on October 23, 2023.

Sandra is survived by her husband Rick Gonzales, Two sons, Charles Ray Featherston, Brandon Cole Featherston, Seven grandchildren, Azanell Featherston, Nyla Victorino, Mason Featherston, Love Featherston, Serj Gonzales, Bellamy Gonzales, Miley
Gonzales and Two great grandchildren Zaccias Guerra, Meilene Guerra, her brother Michael Luera, her father Ezequiel Luera and several Aunts, Uncles and cousin.

She is preceded in death by Her maternal and paternal Grandparents, her mother; Frances Luera and her brother; JR Luera.

Sandra was born in Lubbock Tx, on August 29th, 1967, to Frances and Ezequiel Luera. She graduated From Coronado High School in 1985.

On April 27, 1985, and August 2, 1988, she welcomed her two loving sons, who were the most important part of her life.

On July 20th, 1995, she married Rick Jalomo Gonzales whom she spent the rest of her life with.

Sandra was a devoted mother and grandmother. She loved to sing to her great grandchildren any chance that she got. Every year her and family would gather and decorate the house for Christmas because it was her favorite holiday of the year. We will miss all the things she was known for, such as spending many hours watching the golden girls and cooking with family. Sandra was a loving, selfless and outgoing woman who will be missed by family, friends and all who knew her.
