Mrs. Madge Lofton Formerly of Brownfield

On Thursday, June 17th 2021, Madge Lee Lofton was peacefully promoted to her Savior, Jesus Christ, at the age of 95, to live eternally with Him. Graveside services will be held at City of Lubbock Cemetery, Thursday June 24th 2021 at 10 AM officiated by Clayton Walker. Visitation will be held Wednesday June 23, 2021 6-9 PM at Grace Legacy Chapel in Lubbock.

Madge was born to Clyde L. Franks and Lottie (Perry) Franks in Lubbock, Texas on May 31st 1926. Madge lived in Brownfield, TX and was a member of First Baptist Church. She gave time, preparing meals and sharing her faith as Outreach Leader to all. Along with many talents, Madge loved to laugh, paint, play bridge, cook, and spending time with family and friends.

Madge was preceded in death by her husband Edgar L. Lofton, father Clyde L. Franks, mother Lottie L. Franks, brother Winfred, (Cubby) Franks, sister Gena Graham, and brother in law Coy Gilliam.

Madge is survived by her sister JoBeth Gilliam of Lubbock, daughters; Becky G. Winkler, Debbie R. Wickliffe (Bill) of Pryor, OK, son Cary L. Lofton (Anne-Marie) of Dallas, TX, grandchildren, Dirk Colvin, Dustin Colvin, Brandon Forson, Wade Henderson, Amanda Henderson, Perry Henderson, Zachary Lofton, Emma Kate Lofton, and six great grandchildren.

The care of Mrs. Lofton and family has been entrusted to the professionals of Grace Funeral Care Inc.
