Ms. Blanca Stella Perez Resident of Lubbock

Ms. Blanca Stella Perez 66, of Lubbock who loved to be called "momma" by her kids departed her loving family on September 26, 2022. A visitation will be held Monday October 3, 2022 5-8 p.m. at Grace Funeral Care Lubbock 6604 Interstate 27 and Tuesday October 4, 2022 10-12 p.m. followed by a celebration of life service beginning at 1 p.m. at Emmanuel Worship Center 1102 70th Street. She will be laid to rest in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

Blanca was born in Lamesa, Texas on August 30,1956 to Leo & Josie Solis. She went on to marry Anselmo Perez Jr. and became a homemaker. Together they began to raise their little but loving family. After her husband's sudden death in 1988, Blanca started her career of many years as a CNA until she retired. Blanca Stella Perez was a faithful member of Emmanuel Worship Center. She enjoyed water Zumba, gathering with families for cookouts and was loving to every person she came in contact with. Stella was always such a patient loving mother and absolutely loved all her grandchildren.

Blanca is preceded in death by her husband; Anselmo, both parents; Leo and Josie Solis, brothers; David Solis and Lee Solis.

Blanca is survived by four children; Javier (Julie) Solis of Levelland Texas, Yolanda Solis of Lubbock Texas, Israel (Denise) Perez of Lubbock Texas, Linda (Richard) Vasquez of Wolfforth Texas, 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, her only sister; Virginia (David) Ruiz of Wolfforth Texas and many family & friends.
