Ms. Cheryl Ann Durfee Resident of Meadow

Ms. Cheryl Durfee of Meadow Tx was born March 4,1944 to Mr. Harold S Knight and Mrs. Marjorie Byrde Knight in Binghampton NY. She lived in Rochester NY until the age of 13 when the family moved to Mesa Az. She attended Mesa High School and enjoyed her time as a Rabbette roper. She enjoyed horseback riding, roller-skating, motorcycle riding and playing guitar and piano. She really loved music. She listened to everything from Beethoven to Metallica!

She worked in the automotive industry for many years where she met her husband Mr. Thomas Durfee. They were untied in marriage on November 23, 1981. She was also a truck driver, until her retirement in 2001.

She is survived by her brother Douglas Knight (Rosemarie) of Pueblo CO, 6 children Cherry Benavidez (Fernando) of Fluvanna TX, Linda Simpson (Chris) of Terrell TX, Zane Mohler (Brenda) of Lawton OK, Tracy Mohler (Wendy) of Elgin OK, Kylynn Mohler of Beloit WI and Todd Mohler of Gastonia NC, 17 Grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren

She is proceeded in death by her parents Rev. Harold S. Knight and Marjorie Knight. Her husband Mr. Thomas Durfee and grandson Nathan Benavidez.

Her eternal resting place will be at the National Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ.
