Ms. Oralia Garza Resident of Lubbock

Ms. Oralia Garza 66, of Lubbock passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on Tuesday June 21, 2022. A visitation will be held Friday June 24, 2022 5-8 p.m. in the chapel of Grace Funeral Care Brownfield location. Rosary will begin at 7 p.m. A celebration of life funeral service will take place Saturday June 25, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the same location with Rev. Tino Serbantez, officiating. She will be laid to rest in the historic Brownfield Cemetery. 

Oralia was born April 16, 1956 to David Garza and Ernestina Flores in Brownfield, Texas. Oralia worked in the food service industry as a caferteria associate for Texas Tech University. She was a hardworking woman but simple. She simply enjoyed working and being in the comfort of her home. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, 3 daughters; Carol Felan, Jeanette Rodriguez (Ruben), Michelle Guerra, 2 sons; Lupe Guerra (Vanessa) and Vincent Jimenez (Christina). She is also survived by her siblings; Larry, David, Juana, Ernestina, Arcela, Nora, Rosa, 18 grandchildren, 7 great grand children, and a host of other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; David and Ernestina, brother; George Garza, sister; Olga Rodriguez, and daughter; Teresa Herrera.
